Terms & Conditions – ludo4d

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies of ludo4d:

• "Platform" refers to the ludo4d website accessible at https://ludo4d.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, and account management tools made available therein.
• "We," "Us," or "ludo4d" refers to the operator of the Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for its administration, technology, and customer service.
• "Member," "You," or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on ludo4d or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile a Member creates on the Platform, through which all gaming, betting, and financial activities are conducted.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on ludo4d.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free-bet allocations, cashback amounts, or loyalty rewards credited to a Member's account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by ludo4d's compliance obligations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which ludo4d does not accept registrations or wagers, as updated from time to time at our sole discretion.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with ludo4d, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

1. You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) who is at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia at the time of registration and during your continued use of the Platform.
3. You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent regional restrictions.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement on ludo4d or any affiliated gaming network.
6. You have not been previously banned or suspended from ludo4d for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7. You are mentally competent to enter into a binding agreement and you fully understand the nature and financial risks of online gaming.

ludo4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Registration on ludo4d is free of charge. Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (KTP)
• A valid and active email address accessible only by you
• Your Indonesian mobile phone number
• Your date of birth
• Your preferred local bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ludo4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

ludo4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program for all Members. Completion of KYC is required before any withdrawal can be processed and may be triggered by deposit activity, bonus eligibility checks, or routine compliance reviews.

The standard KYC documentation required by ludo4d includes:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, legible scan or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three (3) months confirming your residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A recent photograph of you holding your KTP alongside your face, confirming that the document presented belongs to you.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or photograph of your bank account statement or e-wallet profile page showing your name and account number, matching the withdrawal method you intend to use.

All documents must be submitted via the secure upload portal in your ludo4d account dashboard. Standard KYC processing time is 24-48 hours (WIB business days). Incomplete or fraudulent documentation will result in delays or account suspension.

All financial transactions on ludo4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We support deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (limits may vary by payment method)
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider
• You must deposit using an account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded minus processing fees

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (higher amounts may be processed in multiple installments)
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 minutes to 2 hours for verified accounts during WIB business hours (extended during weekends and public holidays)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during KYC
• All withdrawals are subject to KYC clearance and anti-money-laundering (AML) review
• Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met

ludo4d does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges — these are beyond our control and are not reimbursable.

ludo4d periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Members. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the ludo4d promotions page at the time of the offer. The following general bonus policies apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each promotion has a defined eligibility window, qualifying deposit range, and wagering requirement clearly stated in the promotion terms
• Wagering requirements typically range from 1x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the offer
• Game contribution toward wagering requirements varies: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10-50%, sports betting 50-100% depending on odds
• Bonuses expire after a stated validity period (commonly 7-30 days) — unused bonuses and associated wagering progress are forfeited after expiry
• Maximum bet per round while bonus wagering requirements are active is typically Rp 25,000 — exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise

Members who withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements forfeit all bonus balances and associated winnings.

All games offered on ludo4d are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Specific rules for each game — including paytables, RTP percentages, and house edge — are accessible via the information panel within each game.

Sports Betting Rules:

• All sports bets are settled based on official results from the governing league or competition body
• Bets placed on bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, including Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, are settled according to standard industry practice
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice due to score changes or significant incidents
• If a match is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or relocated to a neutral venue, bets may be voided or settled based on ludo4d's internal sportsbook rules
• For BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League fixtures, all markets use official league statistics and VAR (Video Assistant Referee) decisions are final

Togel (Lottery) Betting Rules:

• ludo4d offers daily togel betting markets on Togel SGP (Singapore), Togel HK (Hongkong), Togel SDY (Sydney), and Macau draws
• All results are determined by the official draw authority for each market
• Bets are accepted up to the official draw cutoff time published on the ludo4d platform
• Winning bets are credited immediately after official results are confirmed

General Betting Conduct:

• Once a bet is confirmed and funds deducted from your account, it cannot be cancelled or modified
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, ludo4d reserves the right to void affected bets
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited
• Collusion with other players or syndicate betting designed to manipulate outcomes is prohibited and will result in account termination

ludo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. All Members are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available on ludo4d:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts via your account settings

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your account for a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up alerts displaying your session duration and net win/loss

All content displayed on the ludo4d Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio clips, video content, game interfaces, and the compilation of all content — is the property of ludo4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Platform's material except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use directly within your ludo4d account.

Unauthorized use of ludo4d trademarks, logos, or branding materials is strictly prohibited.

ludo4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for purposes including account administration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory compliance.

ludo4d employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission and storage. However, no online system is entirely immune to security breaches — you acknowledge that you transmit data to ludo4d at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ludo4d and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to secure your credentials
• Errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes or transaction processing
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures beyond ludo4d's control
• Interruptions in service due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or cyberattacks
• Loss of data or corrupted account information

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use and close your account. In no event shall ludo4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your ludo4d account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after all pending wagering requirements and investigations are resolved. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Termination by ludo4d: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You are found to have created multiple accounts
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• You engage in fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any activity that exploits or undermines the integrity of the Platform
• You use prohibited software, VPNs, or other tools to circumvent Platform restrictions
• You are identified as being under 21 years of age
• Your account activity indicates problem gambling behavior and you do not respond to our responsible gaming outreach
• Continued operation of your account would expose ludo4d to legal or regulatory risk

Upon termination for breach, ludo4d reserves the right to forfeit any balances in your account and pursue legal remedies for damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ludo4d is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following escalation process:

1. Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
2. Escalation: If the internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to our senior management team, who will conduct a final review within 14 business days.
3. Binding Arbitration: If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Jakarta, Indonesia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ludo4d.

ludo4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and prominently displayed on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms & Conditions, you must cease using ludo4d and close your account.
